Shop Assistant (m/f/d)

As co-host, you will look after the cooking evenings at Goldhahn und Sampson, accompanying the participants and the instructor with your warm and engaging personality through a relaxed and educational evening. In practical terms, however, it is mainly a cleaning and dishwashing job (but there is a dishwasher, so it’s not that bad). You have experience in the hospitality industry, and people say your own kitchen is frighteningly clean and tidy. Although you’re not extremely pedantic, your spice rack at home is sorted from A to Z, and you have to admit that you sometimes watch tutorial videos on wine glass polishing techniques. Communication skills, good English, attention to detail, fast and effective work, and an eye for the little things are a plus. The workplace is our cooking school in Charlottenburg. You can generally choose your own working days, but we do expect flexibility. Working hours are mainly in the evenings and at night (it can go until 1–2 am). You will be employed on a mini-job basis (approx. 4–6 classes per month) or as a working student (max. 20 hrs/week during term + max. 40 during breaks). We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible and above all: long-term, i.e. for at least 6 months.
