Account Manager

Mercanta is hiring a Traceability & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our traceability programme, transforming information from Origin into compelling stories, building best-in-class traceability reports for roaster clients, whilst ensuring that our data is current and accurate. The role will also manage core marketing activities across the Mercanta Group, coordinating campaigns, events, digital channels, and content so that our brand presence is consistent and our marketing effort supports the sales teams in the various regions where we merchandise specialty green coffee.

We are looking for 5+ years of marketing experience, an individual who is well organized and highly self-motivated, with knowledge and a genuine interest in coffee and sustainable supply chains.
