Technical Representative - Northwest Arkansas

This role supports SOVDA’s growth by combining mechanical expertise, specialty coffee fluency, and hands-on field support to guide roasters from first conversation through installation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with tools, travel, and technical systems, capable of communicating confidently within the language of coffee production, solving problems on-site, and representing SOVDA with clarity and confidence.
