**Energy**- Bring energy and positivity to every shift - smile, chat with regulars, and make everyone feel welcome the moment they walk in.

**Health and safety**- Ensure that all food and coffee meet Over Under’s quality standards. Daily record keeping of fridges, cooking temps and recording deliveries.

**Eye for detail**- Every dish served should accurately reflect the company’s presentation guidelines, and all coffees should be finished with latte art.

**Labour management and training**— If the store is quiet, you can choose to send staff home early. Start by offering this to the team member who began their shift earliest (after they’ve had their break). Assist the manager in training new staff and ensuring they know the Over Under way.

### about you

Minimum [2–3] years barista experience

Strong technical coffee knowledge and ability to dial in

Previous management experience is helpful

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Passionate about coffee quality and customer experience

Flexible availability, must be able to work at least one weekend day
