Waiter

We’re seeking outgoing and organized individuals to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses. As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for their dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage the seating chart and effectively coordinate table assignments to ensure efficient use of space and timely seating for guests. Answer phones and assist with reservations, providing helpful information about our menu, hours of operation, and special events. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host stand area, including keeping menus and promotional materials up to date. Communicate effectively with servers and other staff members to ensure a smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with excellent multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior staff members.
