Production Crew

The production crew works in a warehouse environment and fulfills all incoming orders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, bagging, boxing, and shipping coffee. This job requires endurance and a positive mindset. What you’ll do:Operate weigh-fill machines efficientlyPick and pack orders for shipment and local deliveryAssist with local deliveries utilizing company vehicleMaintain and clean production/order fulfillment areasLifting, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50lbs Assist in lifting green coffee bags of up to 150lbsLearn and adhere to safety and hygiene standardsUphold PERC’s mission and values in their workWe’re looking for people who:Team players and an inclusive mindset Thrive in fast-paced environmentsHas a service-first mentalityHas a positive outlook and a willingness to learnAble to communicate professionallyIs an active listener and fully presentAble to give and receive constructive feedbackAre honest, dependable, and punctualAdditional Details:A valid driver’s license is requiredThe position is in-person in Savannah, GARequires standing, bending, and crouching 8 hours per shiftWe hire for part-time and full-time positions as available Part-time is 16-24 hours a week or 2 to 3 shifts a weekFull-time is 32-40 hours a week or 4 to 5 shifts a weekWe operate seven days per weekYou will start with a two-week trainingCompensation & Benefits:$14 per hourHealth, vision, & dental insurancePaid time offPaid sick leaveFree coffee and swagThe job listing above does not list every responsibility of a production crew team member.
