As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities include: - Preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks - Engaging with customers and providing recommendations - Maintaining cleanliness of the café area - Handling cash and processing transactions. Requirements: - Previous barista or customer service experience preferred - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends. We offer competitive pay starting at $17.34/hour plus tips, and a supportive work environment.
