Line Cook

Our line cooks showcase our food through quality-focused service, leave people happier than when they arrived, and make great food approachable to everyone. They are responsible for making and serving breakfast and lunch offerings, opening and closing the kitchen, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and sharing good times and insanely awesome food with everyone we meet.

### **What you’ll do**:
- Contribute to a team of hard-working professionals by bringing their A-game, valuing quality, customers and the people who work alongside them
- Execute daily breakfast and lunch menu with knowledge of all ingredients
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following food safety guidelines
- Prep ingredients and ensure the team is set up for success by completing daily tasks
- Always be on time, in the right place, in the right uniform, with the right attitude
- Uphold PERC’s mission and values in their work

### **What we’re looking for people who:**
- Passion for cooking (industry experience is a plus, but not required!)
- Enjoy working early hours
- Have an inclusive mindset and team-player attitude
- Have a service-first mentality with a willingness to learn
- Communicate professionally using active listening and being fully present
- Have a positive outlook, promoting constructive feedback to challenges at work
- Are dependable, able to fulfill work commitments while being punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs

### **Additional Details:**
- We hire for part-time and full-time line cook positions as available
- Part-time is (10–29 hrs/week) or 2 to 4 shifts a week
- Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or 4 to 5 shifts a week
- Shifts start at 6 am and 8 am; weekend availability required
