Line Cook

We are seeking a Line Cook to manage one of the kitchen stations, including plating/expediting, grill, or sauté. The role requires weekend availability and involves reporting to the Restaurant Manager/Owner while taking direction from the Chef. Key responsibilities include ensuring stations are stocked, managing low stock and prep lists, and ensuring meals are prepared to specifications. This position offers a unique daytime schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, allowing for a better work-life balance compared to evening shifts.
