### If you're an experienced barista:

- Producing consistently high-quality coffee.
- Texturing silky, consistent milk.
- Maintaining workflow during busy service.
- Understanding that speed should never come at the expense of quality.
- Dialling in coffee and maintaining consistency throughout the day.

### Or perhaps you're a hospitality superstar:

Maybe you've worked in restaurants, cafés or customer service and don't yet have specialty coffee experience.

If you genuinely love looking after people, have a strong work ethic and are excited to learn, we'd love to teach you the coffee side.

We're looking for people who already have:

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience.
- Confidence speaking with customers.
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- A willingness to learn and grow.

- Casual position.
- Weekday and weekend availability is essential.
- Hospitality experience is preferred.
- Specialty coffee experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
