Barista

We are looking to hire Baristas who make a great coffee, motivated and reliable, have excellent time management skills, friendly, tidy and well presented, good at communicating with customers, able to develop a friendly, courteous rapport with customers keeping our regulars satisfied, providing hospitality that goes above and beyond with a commitment to demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity at all times. Must care for co-workers, happy to help with all parts of service, to keep shop and counter area cleaned at all time. Maintain focus during busy or stressful periods. Prior coffee experience is required for the barista positions.
