Store Manager

Love hospitality? Love leading a team? At Lebkov Utrecht we’re looking for a Store Manager to lead this energetic location. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves building strong teams, and understands what hospitality means in a city where thousands of people start and end their day. What you’ll do: Lead the team (20–30 colleagues) and coach them to grow. Make sure guests feel welcome and quality is top notch. Keep an eye on planning, purchasing, stock and HACCP. Bring ideas to make the team and guest experience even better. Be the go-to person on the floor and towards HQ. What you bring: Experience in hospitality, food service or F&B [leadership is a plus]. You motivate and coach with clarity and energy. You keep overview and notice details, even in busy moments. You speak fluent Dutch. You’re flexible [mornings, afternoons, weekends].
