What You Will Do
- Craft high-quality espresso and drip coffee with precision and care.
- Guide customers through their cold plunge experience with confidence and encouragement.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and ensure a smooth customer flow.
- Educate guests on membership options, benefits, and cold immersion best practices.
- Help create an inclusive, positive space for our growing wellness community.

What We Are Looking For
- Barista experience required.
- Bartender experience is a big plus.
- Passion for wellness, recovery, and holistic health.
- Cold plunging is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and an outgoing, helpful attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
