Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages. Handle food preparation and ensure quality standards are met. Operate the POS system and handle customer transactions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter, dining area, and restrooms. Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and answering questions. Requirements Previous experience in a café or customer service role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. A passion for coffee and a positive attitude. Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain one).
