Mission: To manage and coordinate the bakery team in order to carry out bread-making operations. Missions : Ensuring proper management of raw materials Control delivery, order receipt and storage Manage and coordinate the work of a team of bakers and apprentice bakers Respect and ensure respect for recipe sheets Participate in the preparation, finishing and baking of breads Plan work schedules and manage restocking Observe and enforce health and safety rules Equipment maintenance Compétences requises : Sense of responsibility Sense of customer service Good physical resistance Organized Hygiene sensitivity At least 4 years' similar experience CAP Baker Methodical Leader Reactivity.
