Part-Time Supervisor & Barista

We are looking for an experienced and outgoing person with shift management skills to join the team. Part-Time Position of approx 16-20hrs - over 2 or 3 shift days, depending on the time of year. Being based in parks we have to follow the daylight patterns! We open Tues to Sun - Weekends are our busiest time at both cafes, so we need someone happy to get stuck in and help make those shifts run smoothly, all while making fabulous coffee with a smile on your face. This position will be a mix of shifts in our main cafe in the Pavilion and in our beautiful vintage coffee van at Woodthorpe Park Plant Shop. We have some pretty busy shifts, so experience of fast paced barista work is preferable. Experience in running a team led shift in either a cafe, restaurant or retail setting is essential for this job opportunity, as an ability to work efficiently on your own. Most importantly we are looking for someone community spirited with drive and passions for what we do.
