Media Specialist/Marketing Intern

Swamp Head is looking for a QA/QC Intern to keep a close eye on the yeast and everything else that makes our beer the consistent product we strive for. Responsibilities include conducting quality control tests, monitoring fermentation processes, and documenting results. Requirements include a background in biology or chemistry, attention to detail, and a passion for brewing.
