Senior Chef

The Glad Café is looking for a Senior Chef to help lead our kitchen team and deliver high-quality vegan food in a friendly, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in food preparation, service, kitchen organisation, staff support, and developing creative specials. The role involves working closely with the Head Chef and front-of-house team to maintain high standards of food, hygiene, and service. We’re part of a wider group including The 78, Mono, The Flying Duck and The Old Hairdressers, and we’re committed to creating a respectful and supportive workplace. You don’t need to be vegan, but you must respect our animal-free kitchen and plant-based food culture. What we’re looking for: Previous kitchen supervisory experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Availability for evenings and weekends.
