As a Store Manager at Seven Stars Bakery, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff. Responsibilities include: - Leading and motivating the café team to deliver outstanding service - Managing inventory and ordering supplies - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations - Training and developing staff - Creating a positive and inclusive work environment - Engaging with customers and building community relationships.
