Assistant General Manager

Willow Street Pizza – Willow Glen is hiring friendly, energetic team members to join our Front-of-House as Host / Take-Out Specialists. This hybrid role supports both the dining room door and our busy to-go operation—perfect for someone who loves guest interaction, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.

### Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Manage the waitlist and seating chart while maintaining smooth guest flow
- Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen, and managers
- Package and quality-check takeout orders with accuracy
- Provide friendly service to guests picking up take-out
- Keep the host stand and to-go station organized and efficient

### Qualifications

- No experience required — we provide full training
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, energetic, team-focused attitude
- Able to multitask and stay calm during peak times
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Weekend availability preferred
