Bartender – Summer 2025

As Co-manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations, big events and ensuring high levels of service and efficiency, while helping to onboard and train new staff in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be part of an existing management team and therefore teamplay is vital.

We expect that you:
- Have prior experience in hospitality and/or team leadership.
- Are reliable, structured, and proactive – a natural leader who can keep a cool head under pressure.
- Are a quick learner with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy working with a diverse team.
- Speak English fluently.
- Availability during evenings and weekends is essential.
