Café General Manager

We are looking for an experienced Café General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong background in café management. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. You will also be responsible for inventory management, budgeting, and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales.

5+ years of experience in café management, strong leadership skills, knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques, excellent communication skills.
