Shift Lead

The Shift Leads are responsible for supervising the daily operations of your store when the general manager or franchise owner are not present. The Shift Lead’s duties will generally include: greeting guests entering your store making bowls for each guest delivering a top-notch acai bowl experience answering phone calls and questions about the business stocking inventory and supplies maintaining store cleanliness telling first-time guests about Nautical Bowls prepping product for each day’s service opening and closing your store ALWAYS putting others first maintaining and setting the standards for the Nautical Bowls uplifting and fun culture setting an outstanding example of leadership to your team of Deck Hands holding Deck Hands responsible for their duties full responsibility of store operations and guest engagement representing and living the healthy and active lifestyle we passionately promote.
