Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly polished Bar Manager to oversee the Bell Tower at La Fonda. The Bell Tower is a seasonal signature rooftop, concept-driven bar. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, cultivating exceptional teams, and delivering a consistently elevated and memorable guest experience. This a rare opportunity for a seasoned hospitality leader to oversee and operate a high-volume Bar. This role is ideal for a creative, passionate, hands-on leader, who thrives in energetic environments. Off season, this position pivots, to support the various other food and beverage outlets. Key Responsibilities Operations & Oversight • Lead all daily operations, ensuring seamless service execution and adherence to brand standards • Establish and maintain SOPs for service, opening/closing procedures, safety, and compliance • Oversee bar flow, service pacing, and guest engagement during high-volume periods • Partner with senior leadership on concept execution, menu evolution, and experiential programming Team Leadership & Development: • Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor supervisory and leadership-level team members • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality excellence Qualifications & Experience: • 5–7+ years of progressive bar or lounge management experience, preferably in upscale or luxury environments • Proven success managing high-volume operations while maintaining elevated service standards • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring supervisors and managers Personal Attributes: • Polished, professional presence with a genuine passion for hospitality • Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture operational mindset • Creative, adaptable, and comfortable launching or refining new concepts
