Mighty Missouri Coffee Co. is growing — and we’re looking for coffee-loving, people-oriented baristas to join our team! Barista pay starts at $4.50/hr more than minimum wage ($12/hr). On top of that, tips average an additional $4/hr. We also offer generous annual raises AND bonuses based on performance. Why Join Us? What You’ll Do: Warmly greet customers and create a welcoming environment. Take and prepare orders with attention to detail (coffee blends, dairy options, syrups, etc.). Craft beverages following our recipes and standards. Serve food items. Handle transactions with accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized bar area. Follow health and safety standards. What We’re Looking For: Previous barista/restaurant experience helpful — but not required (we’ll train you!). Friendly, positive energy and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts (primarily day shifts available). Basic math skills and ability to manage cash/transactions. A team-oriented mindset and genuine interest in coffee + people.
