Nisha has been a cherished part of the Fat Camel team for over three years. She began her journey in the kitchen as a chef, but her curiosity and drive led her to the coffee machine, where she quickly fell in love with the art of coffee making. It didn’t take long before she was mastering latte art – and winning over the hearts of our customers, one perfect cup at a time. Also she contributed winning northlands best coffee for Fat Camel. Today, Nisha is not only our talented head barista but also the force behind our fresh, daily bakes. She learned the secrets of the Fat Camel’s baked goods early on and now prepares them with care and consistency throughout the day. Mornings at the café wouldn’t be the same without her. Many of our regulars come in specifically for Nisha’s coffee, a friendly chat, and her signature warm smile. And on the rare occasion she’s away, her presence is truly missed. Nisha brings high energy, creativity, and joy to everything she does, lifting the spirits of both her teammates and our customers.
