**OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**
We’re a small, entrepreneurial team: We don’t have a constant flow of external funding, we work really hard, and we build as we go. We face social and bureaucratic challenges, in addition to the well-known challenges of working in hospitality or F/B. We’re presented with new opportunities every day/week/month, and we almost always say yes to them! This means that every shift is unique, and we regularly encounter a new obstacle.
**OUR WORK STYLE**
If you want an “easy” job where you can clock in/out without having to think or do much, this is NOT a job you will enjoy. Things are rarely glamorous at Considered. You have to be okay with that, and be willing to work through it together and sometimes independently too. Knowing how to ask for help is key, and being prepared to get your hands dirty (literally) is necessary. This is NOT just a barista job. Yes, you’ll be interacting with customers and making coffee. You’ll also participate in the operations that go into a mobile business.
