College Degree / College Undergraduate / Vocational Course / Technical Course Previous barista experience required Background on specialty coffee is an advantage Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work on a team in a fast paced environment Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail High standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
