Outlet Manager

This job contributes to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf success by assisting the District Manager in executing store operations, managing people to create and maintain the best specialty coffee and tea and excellent customer service to our customers, improves sales performance, visual merchandising and any other assigned duties. MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY: Graduate with Diploma/Degree in F&B with 5 years of working experience in the related field. Without paper qualification but with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in F&B is welcome as well. A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills. Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels. Able to adapt to organizational changes and able to work under pressure.
