Order Fulfilment Assistant
Key Details
About This Role
At Coffee Supreme, we’ve been helping people raise the bar since ’93. We believe our brand should sit on every benchtop where exceptional coffee is being brewed. But before that coffee hits the cup, it starts with a conversation. We’re looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join our Wellington team—someone who can balance a busy switchboard with the grace of a seasoned barista during a morning rush.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This isn’t your average "data entry" gig. You are the heartbeat of the Supreme experience and the primary point of contact for our legendary wholesale partners and home-brewing fanatics. Your mission is to master the administrative "engine room" of the business. You’ll be the bridge between our roasting team and our customers, ensuring our data is as precise as our brew ratios. Whether you’re troubleshooting an espresso emergency or helping us lead the charge as we migrate to a unified Salesforce and Shopify tech stack, you’ll be doing it with the warmth, wit, and "above the line" hospitality that defines us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Front Line: Deliver exceptional service to all visitors and callers, nurturing Supreme relationships and ensuring every interaction is a "Supreme Moment."
The Engine Room: Take ownership of order entry and data integrity across Salesforce and Microsoft BC. You’ll be our internal expert on how the systems hum.
Logistics Liaison: Work closely with our fulfillment and courier teams to ensure the promise we make to the customer is the one we deliver.
The Hub: Keep our Hopper St office "benchtop worthy," managing weekly supplies and supporting the wider team to keep the vibe high.
ABOUT THE PERSON
You might be a hospitality superstar looking to trade the espresso machine for an office chair, or a seasoned admin pro who takes coffee seriously (but not too seriously). You are someone who:
Nurtures Relationships: You make every customer feel like our only customer.
Is Courageous, Curious & Creative: You aren’t afraid of a technical challenge or a new software rollout. You find creative ways to solve problems.
Takes Ownership: You see what needs to be done - from a complex data audit to a low milk supply in the fridge - and you handle it.
Stays Above the Line: You’re a team player who brings a positive, helpful attitude even when we’re facing challenges.
Key Skills Needed
Hospitality Pedigree: Experience in a high-pressure service environment (Barista, FOH, or similar) is a huge plus.
Digital Literacy: You’re tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms. If you already speak Salesforce or Shopify, you’re off to a head start.
Precision: You have a "measure twice, cut once" approach to data and order entry.
Communication Spark: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to talk brew ratios and origin stories with confidence.
