Horticulture Trainee – GROW Glen Eira

Join the GROW Glen Eira program, an innovative all-abilities horticulture training initiative designed for young individuals aged 15-35 living with a disability or mental health challenges. This role provides hands-on training in horticulture, enabling participants to develop technical and work readiness skills necessary for employment in garden maintenance and horticulture. Trainees will engage in work placements with Glen Eira Council's Park Services and Kevin Heinze Grow's nurseries, receiving support to transition into the horticulture industry post-program.
