Youth-Led Residency Artist

The De La Warr Pavilion is seeking a Youth-Led Residency Artist to engage with young people aged 11–16 in Sidley, Bexhill. This 8-month paid residency focuses on developing creative confidence and leadership among youth through co-designed workshops and public events. The role is ideal for artists who are adaptable and excited to work collaboratively with young people. The residency runs from April to December 2026, offering a total fee of £11,200 for approximately 32 days of work. Applications are encouraged from artists in Sussex, particularly those with experience in community-led and youth-focused contexts.
