In this central leadership position, you will take overall responsibility for the operational management of Naturama and develop the foundation sustainably in collaboration with the board. You will manage a multi-faceted organization, overseeing finances, controlling, personnel, contract management, resource and investment planning, as well as sponsorship, fundraising, and third-party funding. Additionally, you will be responsible for major projects such as the museum renewal and maintain effective collaboration with politics, administration, committees, and partners.
