F.O.H. - SHIFT Lead

Desired Background:
- Barista skills and coffee knowledge (1 year min required)
- Sommelier experience or oenophile spirit
- Culinary background, professional or personal
- Outstanding hospitality demeanour
- Pride in organization and attention to detail

Core Skills:
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of premises
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns

Qualifications:
- Food Safety Certification
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts or promotions
- Experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
