Back of House

Requirements:

- ​No previous kitchen experience required but must be eager to learn the craft

- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week between 4:30am to 8:00pm

- Must demonstrate great communication and interpersonal skills.

- Have great relationship building skills and emotional intelligence

- Organization and project management capabilities

- Great problem solving skills and patience

- Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment

- Demonstrated interest in or passion for the coffee shop industry

- Able to lift 30lbs overhead and be on feet for long periods of time
