Manager

Requirements:

- ​No previous barista experience required but must be eager to learn the craft

- Must be available to work a minimum of 24 hours a week between 5:30am to 6:30pm

- Must demonstrate great communication and interpersonal skills.

- Have great relationship building skills and emotional intelligence

- Organization and project management capabilities

- Great problem solving skills and patience

- Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment

- Demonstrated interest in or passion for coffee

- Ability to engage with other human beings in a warm and inviting way

- Able to lift 30lbs overhead and be on feet for long periods of time
